Concord Felon, With Priors, Indicted On Drug Dealing Charge: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Grantor faces 12 counts, accused of obtaining condo, cash from estate; Laconia thief indicted on theft charge; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Roger Cass, 29, of Mast Road in Goffstown, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Honda VLX motorcycle on Interstate 93 in Concord on Aug. 26, after the NH DMV had deemed him a habitual offender.
William Cimikoski Jr., 59, of Sandy, Utah, on two felony counts of theft of misapplication of property and 10 felony counts of financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, or impaired adult. He was accused of obtaining a condo in Florida in March 2022 and funds from a Northway Bank account between January 2020 and March 2022, as the grantor of a trust and treated it as his own.

Brandon W. Chellis, 20, of East Penacook Road in Hopkinton, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control of $3,135 from Alltown in Bow on Aug. 23.
Christina Chioccola, 40, of Union Avenue in Laconia, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Concord on June 24. Twice before, according to the indictment, Chioccola was convicted of receiving stolen property in Laconia District Court in February 2004 and theft in Belknap County Superior Court in February 2023.

Ernie Clark, 55, of Federal Street in Concord, on falsifying physical evidence and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, methamphetamine, and meth and fentanyl mix with intent to distribute charges, all felonies, on Aug. 8 in Concord. Dylan Corgatelli, 24, of West Main Street in Tilton, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Toyota Camry on Victory Avenue in Franklin on June 28 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Fred H. Cross III, 55, of Arch Street in Northfield, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-oxycodone, fentanyl, and meth, on May 10, 2024, in Northfield.
Amie Debenedetto, 42, of Rolfe Street in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on South Main Street in Concord on June 16 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Mark Demont, 67, of Spring Street in Newport, on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of passing three checks, totaling $4,350, and payment was refused on each one, between May 1 and July 1, 2024, in Bradford.
Christopher Dominic, 51, of Damy Drive in Franklin, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on July 20 in Concord.
Nathaniel Doyle, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of coming within three feet of a woman, in violation of a protective order, on July 25 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking in July 2024.
