CONCORD, NH — Debbie Ann Miller, born in 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2025, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident on Rumford Street.

Fabien Musore, born in 1984, of Concord, received a summons at 7:14 p.m. on Nov. 28 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges following an investigation or incident in Eagle Square.

Michael Jacob Sanders, born in 1994, of Northfield, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on Nov. 27 on two simple assault and two domestic violence charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Robert S. Gelinas, born in 1987, of Epsom, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Nov. 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge following an investigation or incident on North Emperor Drive. About 14 minutes later, he was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest or detention following an investigation or incident on Manor Road.

Andrew J. Ludwig, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on Nov. 24 on a bench warrant. Also arrested was Omar Hutchinson, born in 1992, of Concord, also on a bench warrant. They were arrested following an investigation or incident at the methadone clinic at 100 Hall St.

Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, of Concord, received a summons at 5:18 p.m. on a criminal trespass charge following an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

James Bub Bullock, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on Nov. 6 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges following an investigation or incident at Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Joseph Ryan Clough, born in 1997, of Franklin, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on Nov. 5 on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges, breach of bail, two simple assault charges, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on South Main Street.

Ryan Jacob Rutstein, born in 2001, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on Nov. 5 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge following an investigation or incident at Sam’s Club at 304 Sheep Davis Road.

Carvajal Alison Carvajal, born in 2000, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. on Nov. 5 on an operating without a valid license charge, as well as a fail to drive on the right side of the road violation, following an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.
