Concord Man Accused Of Grabbing Man’s Shirt, Nearly Running Over Him: Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Man indicted on burglary conspiracy charge; Franklin felon indicted on gun charge; Manchester man indicted on Chichester assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Allen Downs, 40, of Hickory Hill Road in Epping, on a felony conspiracy to commit burglary charge. He stood as a lookout as Laurie Macleod and Tryphena Porter lured a victim out of an apartment at the Davis Ridge complex at 303 Sheep Davis Road in Concord and Robert Clark used a tool to pry multiple door locks in the building in an effort to gain access to the victim’s apartment on March 11, according to an indictment.
Trevor Drew, 34, of Jewett Road in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Boscawen on Jan. 24.

Ryan D. Duval, 37, of Brook Drive in Hudson, on receiving stolen property, issuing bad checks, and theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of issuing a $5,255.22 check drawn on a St. Mary’s Bank account on Oct. 5, 2024, in Chichester, and exercising control of merchandise of Camping World. The stolen property charge involved a stolen Ford F-250 belonging to Best Ford of Nashua on Nov. 1, 2024, in Hooksett.
Tavore Evans, 44, of Cross Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge in Hooksett on Feb. 1.

Jaice D. Fowler, 32, of no fixed address in Franklin, on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and attempted escape charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and sprinting away from a Franklin sergeant while handcuffed on May 16.

Jamal Hemingway, 40, of South Main Street in Franklin, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a pistol on March 22 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Hemingway was convicted of second-degree assault in Strafford County Superior Court in May 2008.
Walter C. Hosmer, 37, of Salisbury Road in Franklin, on motor vehicles; penalties and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth, amphetamine, and crack cocaine. He was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Main Street in Andover on Feb. 19 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
James G. Jackson, 36, of River Front Drive in Manchester, on three felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of punching another person in the face and forcing him to the pavement in Chichester on March 26, causing rib, nasal, and orbital bone fractures.
Shawn P. Jeffrey, 47, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on felony common nuisances and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on incompetent charges. He was accused of allowing a child to live in an apartment on Fisherville Road in Concord with squalid conditions and drug paraphernalia. Dana C. Jones, 42, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of operating a vehicle, accelerating quickly, and grabbing onto the front of the victim’s shirt, and nearly running him over on Feb. 11 in Concord.
