Concord Man Indicted On Machete Threat Charge: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictment Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Matthew K. Potter, 42, of Millard Street in Pembroke, on 10 felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. Between Nov. 21, 2023, and May 14, 2024, he transferred thousands of dollars from the account of BuySportsCards.com to his personal account in Pembroke.

Jackie M. Roberts, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 8 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in 2019.

Mark Rottner, 47, of Fairfield Drive in Concord, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of displaying a machete and walking toward another person in Concord on April 21.

Nicholas E. Saykaly, 42, of Elm Street in Goffstown, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 13, 2024, in Hooksett.

Matthew Sellers, 43, of Fox Run Road in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hooksett on Dec. 19, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft charges in Concord District Court in April 2023 and in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2023.

Connor Smith, 30, incarcerated in the Merrimack County Jail, on a felony possession of meth charge on April 10, 2024, in Boscawen.

Mathew St. Jacques, 35, of Franklin, incarcerated in the Belknap County Jail, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of texting a protected woman on May 12 in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a stalking charge in Franklin District Court in May 2024.

Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 30, of South Main Street in Franklin, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug after previously being convicted of drug possession and stealing merchandise from Target on April 4, after twice being convicted on theft charges in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Ian R. Weber, 20, of Broadway in Concord, on 12 felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing videos and pictures on Kik to transfer, sell, or exchange on July 2, July 17, and July 19, 2024, in Concord.
