CONCORD, NH — Jeremiah G. Turner, born in 1980, of Concord, received a summons at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 on a criminal mischief charge. He cited after an incident or investigation at the American Legion Hall at 7 Perley St.

Rosemary D. Pierce, born in 1959, of Concord, received a summons at 2:05 p.m. on Oct. 16 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Giana Marie Cheli, born in 2005, of Franklin, Massachusetts, received a summons at 12:54 a.m. on Oct. 6 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Garrett Rogenski, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Oct. 5 on a criminal trespass charge and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Shaw’s Supermarket at 20 D’Amante Drive.

Richard R. Fortier Jr., born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on Oct. 1 on felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent as well as transport drugs in a motor vehicle, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and negligent driving charges as well as two unregistered vehicle violations. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Downing Street.

Erin P. Campbell, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on Sept. 27 on two bench warrants. Also arrested was Shawn Michael McKay, born in 1977, of Concord, on a warrant. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at the methadone clinic at 100 Hall St.

Jonathan P. McCormack, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on Sept. 21 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on CSX transportation property (railroad tracks).

Lindsay M. Leclerc, born in 1993, of Allenstown, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Sept. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Rachelle L. Smith, born in 1989, of Concord, received a summons at 12:18 p.m. on Sept. 20 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on North Main Street. She was arrested again at 12:15 p.m. on Sept. 23 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge as well as a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2. S. Commercial St.

Katharine Taylor, born in 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 19 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St. She was arrested again at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 22 on at Concord Hospital on a criminal trespass charge.

Savannah Boucher, born in 2004, of Concord, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. on Sept. 17 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on South State Street.
