CONCORD, NH— Father's Day is the perfect time to give a big thanks to all the dads who put smiles on our faces. Concord, meet Ron Pinciaro.

What makes your dad extra special?

My Dad doesn't always get the appreciation and recognition he deserves as father of multiple girls, but I truly appreciate him and all that he does for me and our family.

He takes time to help others, volunteers to assist his grandchildren with their extracurricular activities and more, all while running a successful business.

He has owned New England Remediation Services in Concord, NH since 2007, providing an eco-friendly, green option to helping families have clean air in their homes.

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

Because of him, I am who I am today. Someone who can use a power tool, stand up for themselves and be proud of who they are.

He has always pushed me to be the best version of myself. While showing me love, providing support and valuing me... something I have only ever gotten from my Mom until he became my Dad.

He didn't have to step up and become my father, but he chose to and has provided me with the best support a daughter could ask for. I couldn't imagine being where I am now without him.

Our family is proof that you don't need to be connected genetically to be a family. Family is who you choose, and I am so glad we all have each other!
