CONCORD, NH — Benjamin Patrick Russo, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 5:09 a.m. on July 21, 2025, on a violation of a protective order charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Yale Street.

James Joseph Mich McNamara, born in 2004, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on July 20 on willful concealment and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Travis Bruce, born in 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on July 19 on loitering or prowling, obstruct government administration, and false report to law enforcement charges after an investigation or incident on North State Street in the North End.

Kisha Rhea Morgan, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 3:39 a.m. on July 11 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Matthew James Hillsgrove, born in 1974, of Concord, received a summons at 10:45 a.m. on July 9 on a camping restricted violation after an investigation or incident on Manchester Street.
