CONCORD, NH — Concord police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man from Bow who has been missing since late July.

A Concord Regional Crimeline alert was issued Thursday morning concerning Ryan O’Donnell, 44, who was reported missing to police on Aug. 1. He is white, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with a medium build, blue eyes, and brown hair. When he was last seen, he had a full beard, similar to the photo submitted by police, taken in 2024. O’Donnell was last seen in the area of Hall and Water streets, after being dropped off by a family member, according to Deputy Chief Barrett Moulton of the Concord Police Department.

“Ryan was known to frequent the homeless community at different time periods, but he has not been seen or heard from since that date,” he said.

Detectives, Moulton said, have made “multiple searches” of the South End and Downtown areas where he was last seen. They have also canvassed known encampments throughout the city, but O’Donnell has not been found.

“In the past,” Moulton said, “Ryan has been known to utilize the railroad tracks as a walking route.”
