CONCORD, NH — Raymond Goudreault, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on Dec. 1 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge as well as a child abuse reporting violation penalty after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Sunisa Karntakosol, born in 1977, of Plymouth, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on Nov. 30 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Burger King at 15 Hall St.

Sahid Amara Bangura, born in 1989, of New York, New York, was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on Nov. 29 on a criminal threat charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Linda Susan Pepin, born in 1950, of Goffstown, received a summons at 10:53 a.m. on Nov. 28 on a conduct after an accident charge and an operating with an expired license violation after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Meghan Kathryn Crete, born in 1986, of Weare, was arrested at 3:27 a.m. on Nov. 27 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Rumford Street.

Jayden Akroyd, born in 2002, of Derry, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on Nov. 26 on stalking and violation of a protective order charges after an incident or investigation on Palm Street.

Steven William Murphy, born in 1986, of Concord, received a summons at 9:12 p.m. on Nov. 8 on possession of burglary tools, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation at the Seventh Day Adventist Church at 310 Sheep Davis Road. He is a sex offender due to a conviction on two counts of felonious sexual assault of a child between 13 and 16 with an age difference of more than four years in March 2011 in Merrimack County, and was last known to be homeless in the city, according to the state of New Hampshire.

Jeffrey S. Gardner, born in 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. on Nov. 7 on criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Darrah Jeremiah Austyn Hrycuna, born in 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on Nov. 7 on six felony counts of child sexual abuse image; sell, transfer, etc. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Downing Street.

Stella Dawn Raine, born in 2005, of Concord, received a summons at 1:20 p.m. on Nov. 7 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Pagan Anthony Trinidad, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 8:01 a.m. on Nov. 7 on criminal threatening and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation on South Fruit Street.
