CONCORD, NH — Kristen Labore-Tarr, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2025, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail conditions charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on High Street in Penacook.

Denise Belrose, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on Oct. 9 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus, DUI, and conduct after an accident charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Cody R. Merrill, born in 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on Oct. 5 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Bridge Street.

Nicholas S. Dubois, born in 1985, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 25 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at 161 Loudon Road.

Trevor Francis Gibbons, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on Oct. 2 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.
