CONCORD, NH — Dakota Austin Marsh, born in 1994, of Concord, received a summons at 8:15 a.m. on Aug. 22, 2025, on camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations. He was cited after an investigation or incident at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Cody W. Muzzey, born in 1991, of Boscawen, was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on Aug. 21 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Ronaldo Godoi, born in 1966, of Concord, received a summons at 2:46 p.m. on Aug. 19 on a criminal mischief charge after an investigation or incident at the Alton Wood apartment complex at Alton Woods Drive.

Valerie E. Fredette, born in 1984, of Concord, received a summons at 3:43 a.m. on Aug. 18 on a criminal trespass charge after an investigation or incident at Cumbies at 196 N. Main St.

Cathy J. Delisle, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on Aug. 17 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident on Snow Pond Road.

Lillian Virginia Orleans, born in 2002, of Concord, was arrested at 11:02 a.m. on Aug. 16 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, obstruct report of a crime-injury, domestic violence-obstructing report of crime-injury, false imprisonment, and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Morning Star Condominium complex at 179 Loudon Road.

Melissa Durgin, born in 1991, of Penacook, was arrested at 3:09 a.m. on Aug. 16 on a driving under the influence charge after an investigation or incident on Manchester Street.

Ryan S. Murphy Harmer, 46, of Concord, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on July 24 on three registration of online identifiers charges. He was arrested at police headquarters. Harmer is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction out of Loudon from December 2000, according to court records.

Joshua S. Colby, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 3:54 a.m. on July 24 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Fayette Street.

Richard Norman Carr, born in 1975, of Concord, received a summons at 2:01 a.m. on July 24 on a camping restricted violation after an investigation or incident in Eagle Square.

Emmily A. Elder, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. on July 23 on breach of bail, three resisting arrest or detention, and three simple assault charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident on Fisherville Road.

John Michael Amirault, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. on July 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an investigation or incident on North Main Street.
