E-Biker Rider Killed After Crash On Exit 14 Interstate 93 South Offramp In Concord: Follow-Up
Keerati Nakklee was killed on Monday after attempting to cross I-93 at the top of the offramp while an SUV was merging, state police say.

CONCORD, NH — A rider on an e-bike was killed after a collision on the offramp of Interstate 93 in Concord on Monday night, according to New Hampshire State Police.
Around 9 p.m., troopers and Concord fire and rescue teams were sent to a report of an e-bike rider being hit by an SUV at the Exit 14 offramp on the southbound side of the highway. The rider was identified as Keerati Nakklee, of an unknown age, of Concord. He was taken to Concord Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

“The preliminary investigation determined that the Nakklee attempted to cross the interstate at the top of the Exit 14 offramp when the driver of a Hyundai Tucson merged onto the ramp and collided with the e-bike,” state police said. “No other vehicles were involved, and no additional injuries were reported as a result of the crash. The Exit 14 offramp remained closed while Troopers investigated the crash. At this time, it is unknown why Nakklee was on the Interstate.”
State police said e-bikes are not subject to the same registration, licensing, or insurance requirements as cars, trucks, and SUVs. E-bikes are also not allowed on Interstate highway systems, officials said.

The crash remains under investigation, state police said.
