Felon From Meredith Arrested On Domestic Violence, Firearm, Other Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Darlene K. Derby, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on July 1, 2025, on stalking and breach of bail charges as well as a bench warrant. Also arrested was Raymond J. Blodgett, 52, of Concord, on a warrant. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Brianna Violet Russell, born in 2006, of Manchester, received a summons at 1 a.m. on July 1 on unlawful possession-intoxication and transportation of alcohol beverages by a minor charges. She was cited after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Jasmine E. Dargon, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. on June 22 on a bench warrant and a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Pitman Street.

Richard S. Crosby, born in 1966, of Concord, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on June 22 on loitering or prowling, breach of bail, and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office at 1 Granite Place.

Ryan Greer, born in 2007, of Concord, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on June 18 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Emily Rose Russo, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 12:23 p.m. on June 18, on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation on Westbourne Road.

Jeffrey M. Rollins, 54, of Barnstead, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on June 6 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge as well as unofficial inspection-registration decal and manufacture, sell official inspection-registration sticker violations after an incident or investigation at 100 Hall St.

Jeffrey A. Rule, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on June 6 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.
