Friends Of Longtime Concord Residents Raise Money After Fire Destroys Their Home
Anne Mullen and Larry Abbott lost their home to fire on Sunday night and now, friends are raising money to help them rebuild.

CONCORD, NH — A fire destroyed the home of two longtime Concord residents and now, friends, including members of the Concord High School Class of 1983, are attempting to help them rebuild.
Anne Mullen and Larry Abbott lost their home on Sunday night. Luckily, according to Ave Cate, who posted a GoFundMe effort to assist them, their beloved dog survived. However, they are now left with the task of rebuilding, right before Christmas.
“The loss of their home has forced them to seek temporary housing and begin the long process of replacing essential items,” he wrote. “The emotional and financial toll is immense, and the timing — so close to the holidays — has made it even harder for them to find stability and hope. Anne and Larry are resilient, but they need help from their community to get back on their feet.”
