Herschlag: Ward 10 Is Fortunate To Be Represented by Jeff Foote
Be sure to take the time to vote on Tuesday November 4.

During the last couple of years I have had the good fortune to get to know Jeff Foote, our Ward 10 city councilor. As a life long resident of Concord, Jeff understands the history and character of our city. When speaking to and voting on issues he brings a steady hand and a needed dose of common sense, while focusing on spending and quality of life issues. Issues that effect all of us.
Jeff is an engineer and served as the public works director in Bedford. He brings to the council table the experiences of a community that has had great successes in attracting businesses and balancing development. He understands that a public-private partnership should require that all parties benefit, not just the developer. And he understands that quality of life issues, safety, homelessness and the condition of our infrastructure are all contributing factors in attracting businesses to our city.
While Jeff is running unopposed, it is still important to go to the polls on Nov. 4, to vote for the other candidates on the ballot and to show your support for a candidate who is truly concerned about our city and the issues before the city council that are impacting you. Please take the time to cast your ballot for Jeff Foote.
