Homeless Man, Now Located In Concord, Indicted On Attempted Murder, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted for drug sales; Weare man indicted on burglary at closed mall; East Boston man indicted on Allenstown fraudulent check charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Travis Kenneth Allard, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, was indicted on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of providing false information to police on March 27 saying he would be residing in the area of Healy Memorial Park in Concord when he did not on May 1. Austin Ayer, 28, of Dearborn Road in Northfield on possession of methamphetamine, falsifying physical evidence, and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He possessed the drug, asked a minor to remove a backpack containing controlled substances and a firearm from an apartment in Northfield to another apartment to impair an investigation, and attempted to induce another to provide false information to police by saying, “he was with the police and they were looking to speak with her about the gun she was buying” or words to that affect, in an attempt to get the woman to tell police she was in possession of the firearm when she was not, on May 5, according to an indictment.

Vincent A. Mott, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, on attempted murder, first-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, second-degree assault, and felon in possession charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting another man in the head in Healy Memorial Park in Concord on Jan. 15. Mott, a felon, also concealed blood-stained items in a trash bag to impair an investigation, according to an indictment. Seamus I. Murphy, 43, of Winter Street in Lebanon, on operating as a habitual offender and felon in possession charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a Chevrolet K3500 on King Street in Boscawen on April 13 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Murphy also possessed a Taurus semi-automatic pistol after being convicted of one or more felonies in Sullivan County Superior Court in January 2010, according to an indictment.

York A. Newman, 41, of Border Street in East Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of cashing a fraudulent check in the amount of $2,255 owned by the Allenstown Wastewater Treatment Facility on Oct. 17, 2022.

Tyler Payne, 29, of Arthur Road in Weare, on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, and accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of aiding Kirstopher Estey in burglarizing the former Steeplegate Mall property at 270 Loudon Road in Concord and removing copper wire from an electrical room on Aug. 13, 2024.

Raymond William Punturieri, 37, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-meth, conspiracy to commit the crime of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth, three possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-offense-alprazolam, clonazepam, and meth, four possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense-cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and cocaine and fentanyl mix, and four possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute-subsequent-cocaine, fentanyl, crack cocaine, and cocaine and fentanyl mix charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents in Concord on June 14, 2024. The indictments accused Punturieri of working with Shawn McGarth to sell drugs to an undercover police officer. Punturieri previously was convicted of possession in Belknap County Superior Court in January 2020.

Mariah Randall, 30, of Myrtle Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Jan. 14 in Concord.

Anne-Marie Ruggles, 52, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on unauthorized use of propelled vehicle or rented property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of failing to return a car to Enterprise in Concord between Nov. 23, 2024, and Jan. 23.

Tanya A. Sanchez, 47, of North Street in Jaffrey, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-clonazepam, fentanyl, and meth charges on Oct. 3, 2024, in Concord.
