CONCORD, NH — Nia J. Burgin, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on July 21, 2025, on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Sally’s Beauty Supply at 133 Loudon Road and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Stevens Drive.

Heather Marie Pacetti, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 7:51 p.m. on July 20 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Kristine Lee Foreman, born in 1977, of Concord, received a summons at 12:40 p.m. on July 19 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Scott Alexander Martyr, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on July 3 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Beacon Street.

Elizabeth F. Mason-Edah, born in 1991, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on July 2 on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges as well as open container-alcohol or marijuana and stop lamp violations. Raymond J. Blodgett, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on June 14 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Rebekah Marie Padua, 29, of Barnstead, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on June 14 on two warrants after an incident or investigation at Texas Roadhouse at 317 Loudon Road.

Monica Spinazola, 60, of Concord, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on June 14 on stalking and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Riverhill Avenue.

Grant Miles Dreffer, born in 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 3:31 a.m. on June 14 on driving under the influence, DUI-second offense, and speeding charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Mooreland Avenue.
