Man From Franklin Arrested On Stalking, Criminal Threatening Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Mark D. Yeskis, born in 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 7:56 a.m. on Sept. 24 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Shaw’s Supermarket at 20 D’Amante Drive.

Timothy George Chaput, born in 1973, of Goffstown, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on Sept. 6, on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested after a crash on Manchester Street. Cassie L. Marcoux, born in 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 2 a.m. on Sept. 4 on a bench warrant. She was charged after an incident or investigation at 58 N. Main St.

Roxanne Quaile, born in 1987, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. on Aug. 26 on felony operating after certified as a habitual offender and conduct after an accident charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jeffrey A. Rule, born in 1987, of Concord, received a summons at 11:10 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a camping restricted charge. Also receiving summonses were Jade Ashlyn Hall, born in 2001, of Concord, on camping restricted and camping prohibited on city-owned land charges and Tony Eric Freeman, born in 1987, of Concord, on camping restricted and camping prohibited on city-owned land charges. They were all cited after an incident or investigation on city property behind the Calvary Cemetery at 207 N. State St.

Tracy M. Hebert, born in 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 7:46 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Emmily A. Elder, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. on Aug. 17 on stalking and two breach of bail charges as well as a conditions of use of location information violation. She was arrested at police headquarters.

Jasmine E. Dargon, born 1991, of Concord, received a summons at 11:40 p.m. on Aug. 9 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Ryan J. Lamey, born in 1973, of Northwood, received a summons at 9:04 a.m. on Aug. 8 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident or investigation on Rollins Street.

Timothy C. Casey, born in 2002, of Concord, was arrested at 7:14 a.m. on Aug. 5 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Burger King at 15 Hall St.
