Man From Franklin Indicted On Meth Sales Charge: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Concord man indicted on jail assaults; Manchester stalker indicted on new stalking charges; Henniker woman accused of stealing from teens.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Justin Adams, 43, of East Bow Street in Franklin, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine. He worked in concert with Joshua Atwood to sell the drug to another person on July 22 in Franklin, according to the indictment.

Heather Avery, 39, of River Street in Franklin, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 26 in Northfield.

Jayden Ballam-Quiah, 20, of Hanover Street in Concord, on two felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of hitting another person in the back with a handle and pushing past corrections officer with his hands on Dec. 14, 2024, while inside the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen.

Scott Boyd, 48, of South Main Street in Manchester, on two felony crime while released on bail-stalking charges. He was accused of being outside a Pleasant Street home in Pembroke while arguing with a protected party on Sept. 10. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking in Keene District Court in April.

Sheridan Morgan Broadhead, 37, of Lyford Hill Road in Pittsfield, on a felony possession of meth charges on May 17.

Margaret Smith, 61, of Courtesy Avenue in Belmont, on possession of meth and possession of cocaine and fentanyl mix charges, both felonies, in Hill on May 15.

Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 30, of South Main Street in Franklin, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a sheathed dagger and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, both felonies, on March 29 in Hooksett.

Chad M. Turck, 39, of Shackford Corner Road in Barnstead, on a felony possession of meth charge in Concord on Oct. 24, 2024.

James H. Webster Jr., 36, with a last known address of Breton Road in Laconia, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 20, 2024, in Franklin.

Melissa Erin Weston, 44, of Tanglewood Drive in Henniker, on two theft by deception and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of taking control of property, more than $1,500, owned by teenagers in Henniker between Sept. 25, 2020, and May 11, 2022.

Jessica D. Wilson, 48, of North Main Street in Boscawen, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on West River Road in Hooksett on May 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in May 2000.

Jennifer M. Zanis, 46, of Route 28 in Pembroke, on two felony reckless conduct charges. She was accused of illegally passing multiple vehicles, forcing them out of their lane, and traveling on the wrong side of the road at a high rate of speed, while fleeing police, on June 9 in Allenstown, and swerving by a pedestrian on Route 28 in Epsom on June 9.
