Man From Hudson Faces DUI, Felony Drug Possession Charges In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Eric Adam Keiser, born in 1977, of Plantation, Florida, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. on Sept. 24 on an arrest prior to requisition warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Todd R. Bouchard, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on Sept. 6, 2025, on a felony second-degree assault-child under 13-charge. Brett Halnon Johnson, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 25 on open container of alcohol or marijuana charge as well as suspension of vehicle registration and resident-fail to obtain New Hampshire license violation after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 11 Merchants Way.

Miguel Angel Perez Jr., born in 1980, of Hudson, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on Aug. 25 on driving under the influence and felony possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation on Washington Street in Penacook.

Frank Pickering, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on Aug. 25 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Healy Memorial Park on Basin Street.

Constance R. Stewart, born in 1987, of Bloomfield, Vermont, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on Aug. 21 on criminal trespass-$1,500-plus-subsequent, criminal mischief, and loitering or prowling charges after an incident or investigation at the Concord Hospital walk-in clinic on Commercial Street, and a criminal threatening-deadly weapon, simple assault, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Jeffrey S. Martin, born in 1964, of Pembroke, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. on Aug. 8 on simple assault and conduct after an accident charges after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Benjamin Hoar, born in 1994, of Webster, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on Aug. 5 on two bench warrants and a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
