Man From Manchester Indicted On A Robbery Charge In Concord: Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Homeless woman accused of drug dealing; Seabrook man faces stolen trailer charge; Northfield man indicted on child sexual assault charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Fernando Alvarez, 37, of Park Street in Northfield, on second-degree assault-domestic violence and two tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on June 14 in Northfield. On July 16 and July 17, he told the victim, “I need you to go get a new phone,” or words to that effect, and “I need you to go do an affidavit and let them know all that,” or words to that effect, in an effort to evade a police investigation, according to the indictments.

Orlando Ramos Amaro, 63, of Lake Street in Manchester, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using physical force against an employee at Market Basket in Concord on Jan. 30.

Marjorie Blaisdell, 46, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute-subsequent, and possession of a controlled drug-meth-with intent to distribute-subsequent charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing and selling drugs on South Main Street on July 26, 2024.

Christopher Butler, 54, of New Zealand Road in Seabrook, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining and disposing of a 2017 trailer, valued at more than $1,500, belonging to a business in Manchester in Pembroke between May 1 and Sept. 1, 2018.

Christopher Cann, 45, of Shaw Road in Northfield, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a girl between two months and five years in Northfield between May 15, 2023, and April 29.

Sheng An Chen, 38, of Kissimmee, Florida, on accomplice to receiving stolen property and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of working in concert with others to obtain Apple products by using fraudulently obtained credit cards and-or gift card information to amass more than $1,500 worth of the products and holding them in a warehouse in Hooksett between May 1 and Aug. 12.

Paul Costello, 45, of South Street in Concord, on a felony motor vehicle; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on South Street in Concord after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on June 4.

Joseph G. Cote, 35, of High Street in Lebanon, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and separating it from a cross-body bag from the rest of his belongings after seeing a Bow police officer at the Hampton Inn on May 31.

Timothy Currier, 43, of Thompson Street in Concord, on stalking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and being within 300 feet of a protected party on Loudon Road in Concord on May 28. Previously, Currier was convicted of stalking in October 2023.
