Manchester Gunshot Victim's Death Ruled A Homicide After Autopsy
Timothy Pouliot died from multiple gunshot wounds on Saturday. John Delee, 22, of Salem faces a second-degree murder charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Concord performed an autopsy Sunday on Timothy Pouliot, 24, who was shot in Manchester on Old Granite Street.
Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Mitchell Weinberg conducted the autopsy. Weinberg determined that the cause of Pouliot’s death was multiple gunshot wounds and that the manner of his death was a homicide.
John Delee, 22, of Salem, was arrested Saturday, accused of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Pouliot.

The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and Manchester police said an argument inside the Goat Bar and Grill resulted in a confrontation in the street just east of the restaurant.
A person inside the Goat Bar and Grill posted a video on Reddit showed Delee being removed from the Goat Bar and Grill by security.

The post said, "Shooter and Shootee 5 minutes before shooting outside of the Goat in Manchester NH.” A person resembling Pouliot can be seen in the background as the man appearing to be Delee is removed from the bar.
A video shared by multiple people on social media shows Pouliot punching Delee, and Delee firing a firearm multiple times in the direction of Pouliot.
Pouliot fell to the ground, where responders found him, but could not revive him.
Delee was held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester and was expected to be arraigned Monday in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
