Manchester Man Indicted On Concord Fentanyl Sale Charges: Superior Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Tao Chen, 27, of Artisan Drive in Salem, on 13 felony anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charges. He was accused of making false statements in applications for title certifications on several vehicles on Aug. 29, 2023, Feb. 20, Feb. 23, Feb. 27, March 19, and March 21, 2024, in Concord.

Aaron Cipriano, 36, of South Main Street in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-an alprazolam and cocaine mix charge on Feb. 26, 2024, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in Carroll County Superior Court in March 2017.

Vincent Cormier, 51, of Black Hill Road in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Hackett Hill Road in Hooksett on May 8 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jason A. Thompson, 39, of Agnes Street in Manchester, on two felony sale of narcotic drug-fentanyl charges. He was accused of selling 5 grams or more of fentanyl to another person on Sept. 4, 2024, in Concord. Thompson worked in concert with and was aided by Marjorie Blaisell, who negotiated the deal with the other person, and he handed the fentanyl to the individual in her presence, according to the indictment.

Jacob M. Valley, 30, incarcerated in the county jail at the time of the indictment, on a felony bribery, official matters charge. He was accused of offering money to a corrections officer in exchange for the use of her Apple watch while an inmate in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on April 23.

Danielle Vintila, 36, of Fair View Street in Laconia, on felony possession of buprenorphine on Jan. 24 in Northfield.

Drew S. Wentworth, 42, of Summer Street in Bristol, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and methamphetamine, on April 6 in Concord.

John Willey, 54, of Thorndike Street in Concord, on stalking and stalking-subsequent charges, both felonies. He was accused of appearing close to two people, violating an order, on May 14 in Concord. Willey, according to the indictment, was convicted of stalking in Manchester District Court in July 2024.

Eric J. Wollen, 60, of Long Avenue in Nashua on felony motor vehicles; penalties and disobeying an officer charges. He was accused of driving in Allenstown and giving a police officer a false name and date of birth on June 24, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in July 1990.
