Mass. Man Arrested On Assault, Domestic Violence Charges On Branch Turnpike: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Cody R. Merrill, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on July 20, 2025, on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Jo Ann Fabris at 80 Storrs St.

Roger P. Baker, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 6:40 a.m. on July 19 on criminal threatening and breach of bail charges. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Charles Christopher Gaynor, born in 1987, of Warner, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on July 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North State Street in Fosterville.

Valerie E. Fredette, 41, of Concord, received a summons at 11:25 p.m. on July 17 on two criminal trespass charges after an incident or investigation at the Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

James Michael Rouillard, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on July 16 on domestic violence-simple assault and two simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on North State Street in the North End.

Stefanie A. Nevin, 42, of Chichester, was arrested at 1 p.m. on June 20 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

Logan Marsh, born in 2007, was arrested at 7:35 a.m. on June 20 on second-degree assault, second-degree assault-domestic violence, simple assault, simple assault-domestic violence, criminal threatening-domestic violence, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and criminal mischief charges. Steven W. Murphy, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on June 19 on a sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowing-subsequent charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. He’s a sex offender due to being convicted on two felonious sexual assault-victim 13 or older and under 16 with an age difference of more than four years charges.

Anthony Craib, 62, of Concord, received a summons at 9:16 a.m. on June 18 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jason Derek Woody, 42, of Concord, received a summons at 7:50 a.m. on June 18 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at the Sugar River Bank ATM at 150 N. Main St.

Erin P. Campbell, 42, of Concord, received a summons at 6:42 a.m. on June 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation between Exit 13 and Exit 14 on Interstate 93 north.

Tyler Robert Morris, born in 2001, of Medford, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on June 17 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on the Branch Turnpike.

James Michael Hitson, 46, of Fairfield, Maine, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on June 17 on two criminal mischief charges and a public urination or defecation violation after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
