Men From Vermont And Concord Arrested On Stalking Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Jeffrey A. Rule, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2025, on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at Lowe’s at 90 Fort Eddy Road.

Kristine Anita Vanwezel, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on Oct. 8 on a bench warrant following an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Shane Malynn, born in 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 6 on violation of a protective order, simple assault, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at the Railyard Apartments on Langdon Avenue.

James L. Merchant, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Oct. 5 on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges, as well as a bench warrant following an investigation or incident on Bridge Street.

Robinson, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on Sept. 1 on driving under the influence-second offense, DUI, negligent driving, and speeding charges as well as a right turn on red prohibited-second offense-violation.
