More People Given Summonses For Camping On City, Private Property Around Concord: Police Log
Andover, Franklin women arrested on willful concealment charges; Concord, Franklin men face domestic violence charges; mischief arrest.

CONCORD, NH — Cassie L. Marcoux, born in 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 3:51 a.m. on July 21, 2025, on a camping restricted violation. Also cited was Kenneth D. Sarpi Jr., born in 1998, of Concord, on a camping restricted violation. They were given summonses following an investigation or incident on North Main Street. Marcoux was also issued a summons for a camping restriction violation at 1:44 a.m. on July 17, following an investigation into an incident on Theatre Street.
Anthony J. Craib, born in 1963, of Concord, received a summons at 6:08 p.m. on July 18 on a camping prohibited on city land violation. Also cited was Kevin Clark, born in 1960, of Concord, on a camping prohibited on city property. They were given summonses following an investigation or incident at Eagle Square. Craib was also issued a camping restricted summons at 8:50 a.m. on July 11, following an investigation into an incident on Park Street.
Jason Derek Woody, born in 1982, of Concord, was given a summons at 4:16 a.m. on July 12 on a camping restricted violation. He was cited following an investigation or incident at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.

Liliane Umuco, born in 1998, of Concord, received a summons at 1:45 p.m. on July 2 on an operating without a valid license charge following an investigation or incident at 239 Loudon Road.

Matthews J. Nickerson, born in 1983, of Loudon, received a summons at 9 a.m. on July 2 on a criminal mischief charge following an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.
Kenneth Gene Blankenship, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on June 22 on a bench warrant as well as a theft by unauthorized taking charge following an investigation or incident at Citizens Bank at 188 Loudon Road.

Richard T. Will, 43, of Greenland, was arrested at 4:05 a.m. on June 22 on a bench warrant as well as criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges following an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.
Joseph R. Clough, 28, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on June 22 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges following an investigation or incident on North Main Street.
Tabitha Inoue Johnson, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on June 22 on a warrant following an investigation or incident at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road.
Matthew Sellers, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on June 21 on a bench warrant. He was arrested following an investigation or incident on Village Street in Penacook.
Robert Winston Clark, 36, of Concord, received a summons at 5:39 p.m. on June 21 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge following an investigation or incident at the Comfort Inn at 71 Hall St.
