Nashua Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide, DWI Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictments

Plus: Nashua man indicted on stolen gun charge; Amherst woman indicted on drug charge; Nashua man indicted on 6 burglary charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.

Mary Elizabeth Suzanne Fairfield, 33, of Briarwood Lane in Amherst, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 18, 2024, in Nashua.

Franals Santos Feliciano, 45, of Holme Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on two felony pattern-aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling a child on more than one occasion across a period of two months or more between Jan. 1 and July 1, 2024, in Nashua.

James Fidler, 54, of Hay Road in Ashburnham, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a pump jack scaffolding on Aug. 17, 2024, in Nashua.

Jason G. Fitzgerald, 53, of East Hollis Street in Nashua, on negligent homicide and aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on East Hollis Street on May 11 while intoxicated and causing a crash where Kurt Boutin, a pedestrian, was killed.

David Vasquez-Larkin, 39, of no fixed address in Barrington, on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of sending a protected party a PayPal request on Dec. 5, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking in November 2020 in Nashua District Court.

Brittany Waller, 26, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges on Jan. 23 and Jan. 30 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment she was convicted on a drug possession charge on Haverhill. District Court in August 2024.

Stephane Webster, 52, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing property from another person in Nashua on March 11. Webster, according to the indictment, was previously convicted on receiving stolen property in October 2015 and theft in July 2018 in Strafford County Superior Court.

Stephen Welch, 36, of Howard Street in Nashua on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using force by grabbing another person’s shirt collar while armed with a gun during a theft on April 28, 2024, in Nashua.

Michael Woodside, 57, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining or exercising unauthorized control over a gun owned by another person in Nashua on March 11.

Hasim Zubhuza, 32, of Monroe Drive in Nashua, three theft by unauthorized taking and six burglary charges, all felonies. While acting in concert with Adam Masseur, he burglarized and stole items from people on Jan. 3, Jan. 18, Jan. 30, and Feb. 4 on Burke Street in Nashua, on Jan. 10 on Cotton Road in Nashua, and Feb. 12 at Ocean State Job Lot on Main Street in Nashua.
