New Hampshire Book Festival Returns Friday And Saturday
Now the largest literary festival in New Hampshire's history, the NH Book Festival celebrates books, ideas, and community.
CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Book Festival returns to downtown Concord, Oct. 3 to Oct. 4, for its second year.
After drawing thousands in its inaugural year, the festival is back with more authors, family programming, and community events.

- Friday, October 3 (Morning): Beloved children’s fantasy author Tui Sutherland will speak at Capitol Center for the Arts to 1,300 elementary students in a subsidized program.
- Friday, October 3 (7:00 PM): Opening Keynote — Literary legend Walter Mosley in conversation with author Hank Phillippi Ryan at Capitol Center for the Arts. Tickets available now.
- Saturday, October 4 (All Day): Free festival in downtown Concord, featuring more than 50 nationally recognized authors and poets, children’s parade, family programming, readings, and book signings.
Featured authors include Harry Bliss, Jennifer Chang, Aaron Becker, Jason Chin, Rob Franklin, Sharon Kurtzman, and more.
