New Hampshire Corrections Says 3 Prior Fugitives Of The Week Are Now In Custody

Mark Anthony Monsante, Christopher Joseph Levreault, and Anthony Gordon Daylor are back in the custody of the state prison and county jails.

CONCORD, NH — Three prior fugitives of the week featured in December 2025 are back in custody, according to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.

Mark Anthony Monsante, 56, who was featured on Dec. 31, 2025, was arrested on Friday.

According to officials, parole officers received information that he might be at a previous Laconia location he frequented. Parole officers, assisted by the Belknap County Sheriff’s Department deputies, went to the home, entered an apartment, and reportedly found Monsante in one of the apartment bedrooms.

Monsante was arrested without incident and is currently being held in the Belknap County Jail.

On Dec. 24, Christopher Joseph Levreault, 48, was featured as a fugitive of the week.

After being featured, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department received an anonymous tip that he might be in an apartment in the Queen City. On Dec. 29, he was arrested at the apartment, according to officials.

Levreault is being held in the Hillsborough County Jail.

Anthony Gordon Daylor, 35, was featured on Dec. 10.

Daylor was arrested without incident by Concord police on Dec. 18. He was then returned to the New Hampshire State Prison for Men.

In a statement, corrections thanked all three agencies for their assistance in apprehending these fugitives.
