CONCORD, NH — Louise Russell, born in 1969, of Washington, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. on Jan. 5, 2026, on theft of services-less than $1,000, deal-counterfeit goods, and forgery-government instrument, check, etc., charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Rent-A-Center at 80 Storrs St.

Jennifer M. Karl, born in 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on Jan. 3 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges after an incident or investigation at 118 Manchester St.

Jacob Kendall Johnston, born in 1999, of Concord, received a summons at 8:33 p.m. on Jan. 2 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation on Green Street.

Abdifatah Salad Shegow, born in 2000, of Boscawen, received a summons at 5:18 p.m. on Jan. 1 on a conduct after an accident charge and a yellow-solid line violation after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.

Jay Thomas Johnson, born in 1975, of Greensboro, North Carolina, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 31, 2025, on identity fraud-pose as another and manufacture-possess false government ID charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Merrimack County Savings Bank at 89 N. Main St.

Joseph L. Rinaldi, born in 1961, of Concord, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. on Dec. 28 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.

Sancha Maya Darjee, born in 2000, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on Dec. 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at 188 Loudon Road.

Andrew Stephen Hancock, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Dec. 14 on a breach of bail charge after an incident or investigation on Thompson Street.

Alan Phillip Harris, born in 1950, of Concord, received a summons at 8:35 a.m. on Dec. 13 on a conduct after an accident charge as well as an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation at the Market Basket at 15 Merchants Way.

James T. Dubois II, born in 1974, of Franklin, received a summons at 10 a.m. on Dec. 12 on indecent exposure-gross lewdness and disorderly conduct charges. Also cited for indecent exposure-gross lewdness and disorderly conduct was Kelcy Lynn Rezendes, born in 1993, of Canterbury. They were charged after an incident or investigation at Rolfe Park on Community Drive in Penacook.
