New Hampshire Felon Tampered With Monitoring Device, Not Seen Since July: Department Of Corrections
Luke Marcel St. Pierre is wanted for violating probation after being convicted of burglary. He previously lived in Manchester.

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in finding a felon accused of a parole violation.
Luke Marcel St. Pierre is 45, white, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs 190 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair. St. Pierre has a barbed wire tattoo on his right upper arm and a noticeable scar on his knee. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Jan. 10 by the Grafton County Superior Court.
St. Pierre was convicted in Grafton County on a conspiracy to commit burglary charge and given probation. He was also ordered to attend a program. On Jan. 8, St. Pierre was accused of tampering with his electronic monitoring device and removing it.

“At that time,” corrections said in an alert, “St. Pierre absconded from supervision and failed to appear for a scheduled violation of probation hearing on Jan. 9.”
St. Pierre was last seen in Dover in mid-July. He was last known to live in the Manchester area. Investigators said St. Pierre was known to frequent the White Mountains region.

St. Pierre’s criminal history dates back more than a quarter of a century and includes convictions for burglary, criminal mischief, driving while in intoxicated, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, according to officials.

According to superior court records, St. Pierre was accused of theft in Manchester in July 1997. He pleaded guilty to the charge about nine months later and received a suspended sentence and two years probation. He was accused of violating probation in August 1999 and his sentence was amended to nine months in jail. St. Pierre was found to be in violation of a court order connected to the case in June 2008.
In June 1999, St. Pierre was charged with burglary, theft, and resisting arrest connected to an incident in Henniker three months before. He pleaded guilty to all three charges and was given both a 12-month sentence and suspended sentences.
St. Pierre was accused of burglary in Concord in October 2002. He pleaded guilty to the charge nearly four years later and was given a sentence of one and a half to five years, with 240 days of time served credit.
Criminal threatening and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges were issued against him in Woodstock in March 2012, connected to an incident four months before. He pleaded guilty to the deadly weapon charge, while the threat charge was nolle prossed. St. Pierre was sentenced to two years probation with 44 days of time served credit.
St. Pierre was charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools after an incident at the Aubuchon Hardware store in Lincoln in November 2020. He failed to appear at drug court hearings in July and August 2022. In April 2024, he pleaded guilty to the burglary charge while the possession charge was nolle prossed. St. Pierre was sentenced to two to four years, with a mandatory minimum of two years, with 24 days of time served credit, all suspended for five years. He was given four years of probation and required to make restitution to the store of $5,107.44. Two months later, he was found not to be in compliance with the drug treatment program and was accused of violating probation in July 2024. In October 2024, after being found, St. Pierre was placed on $10,000 cash bail with conditions. He was scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing on Jan. 9 via Webex but was accused of failing to appear. Another warrant was then issued for his arrest.
