Obituary: Brian J. Duffin, 75, Of Danville, New Hampshire
The Franklin native served in the Army National Guard, including a year in Vietnam, and worked for AT&T, Bell Laboratories, and Lucent.
DANVILLE, NH – Brian J. Duffin, 75, longtime resident of Danville, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Jan. 22, 2023, at his home.
Born on Nov. 21, 1947, in Franklin, New Hampshire, he was the son of the late Joseph S. and Dorothy (Almond) Duffin, and grew up in Franklin, where he graduated from Franklin High School, Class of 1965.
After serving three years in the Army National Guard, including a year in Vietnam, Brian returned home and earned an associate degree in Mechanical Drafting at New Hampshire Vocational-Technical Institute in Portsmouth in 1970.

Brian worked at AT&T, Bell Laboratories, and Lucent Technologies for 30 years until his retirement in 2000.
Brian was a devoted husband and father and a true friend who will be dearly missed by his wife, Chris, his son David, and his extended family and friends.

The family wishes to thank the Danville Fire and Police Departments and Trinity EMS for their immediate response and incredible effort provided during our time of need.
A private funeral service was held at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home and a burial service will take place at a later date in Franklin.
