Pair Arrested On A Child Endangerment Charge Each After Thorndike Street Investigation: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Andrew Stephen Hancock, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2025, on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Allan B. Gwinn, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on Nov. 14 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

Lisa Marie Convery, born in 1983, of Concord, received a summons at 8:38 a.m. on Nov. 13 on a criminal trespass charge. Also charged with criminal trespass was Wayne C. McMann Jr., born in 1972, of Concord. They were given summonses after an incident or investigation at Lowe’s at 90 Fort Eddy Road.

Paige Darlene Kraus, born in 2004, of Concord, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Nov. 10 on willful concealment and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation at the Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Analeese Sarah Williams, born in 1989, of Merrimack, was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:12 p.m. on Nov. 10 after an incident or investigation at Sanel Field on Old Suncook Road.

Tracy M. Hebert, born in 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Nov. 9 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on South State Street. She was also charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street. About 30 minutes later, Hebert was charged with criminal trespass after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.

Jesse K. Vajgrt, born in 1992, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on Oct. 29 on a false personation charge after an incident or investigation on Hoit Road.

Sabbath James Wylde Levesque, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 4:21 a.m. on Oct. 29 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

David Dubuc, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 12:55 a.m. on Oct. 29 after an incident or investigation at Margaritas at 1 Bicentennial Square.

Garrett Rogenski, born in 1994, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Oct. 28 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Vanessa Conley, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Oct. 28 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge. Also arrested was Patrick Joseph Conley, born in 1984, of Concord on the same charge. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street.

Corey H. Bellerose, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Oct. 28 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.
