Pair From Concord Arrested On Threat, Assault, False Report Charges After Fisherville Road Incident: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Jeffrey S. Gardner, born in 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2025, on two stalking and three breach of bail charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Steven Michael Wilding, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. on Dec. 8 on criminal threatening and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. He was arrested following an incident or investigation on McKee Drive.

Jillian L. Collins, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 3:29 a.m. on Sept. 6 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford grocery store at 73 Fort Eddy Road and felony possession of a controlled drug after an incident or investigation at the Burger King at 15 Hall St.

Matthew C. Milne, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Aug. 19 on a bench warrant and eight other warrants following an incident or investigation at the former Red Apple Buffet property at 161 Loudon Road.

Jim William Doyle, born in 1948, of Boscawen, received a summons at 10:44 a.m. on Aug. 18 on a conduct after an accident charge, as well as improper backing-interstate and unsafe lane change violations following an incident or investigation at the Market Basket grocery store at 15 Merchants Way.

Angeles Efrain Chavez, born in 1994, of Hazlehurst, Georgia, received a summons at 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 3 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge following an incident or investigation at the KFC at 18 Hall St.

Chelsea Ann Russin, born in 1987, of Burlington, Vermont, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on July 25 on two bench warrants following an incident or investigation on Stickney Hill Road.

Jossey A. Carabello, born in 1979, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. on July 25 on driving under the influence, operating without a valid license, and driving after revocation or suspension charges following an incident or investigation on Basin Street.

William Henry Driscoll, born in 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 6:16 p.m. on July 25 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, false report to law enforcement, and two simple assault charges. Also charged about an hour and a half later was Denise Doreen Driscoll, born in 1971, of Concord, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal threatening, false report to law enforcement, and three simple assault charges. They were arrested following an incident or investigation at the Dollar General store at 197 Fisherville Road.

Jasmine E. Dargon, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on July 25 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at the Burger King at 155 Loudon Road.

Jeffrey Paul Johnson, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on July 25 on a bench warrant.

Brian Michael Benoit, born in 1981, of Concord, received a summons at 1:45 p.m. on July 24 on camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations. He was charged following an incident or investigation at city-owned property at 244 Sheep Davis Road.
