Pembroke Man Indicted On Kidnapping, Rape Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictment Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Shanbin Lin, 30, of Canal Street in Manchester, on conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property and accomplice to receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He worked in concert with and was aided by Tommy Li, Fengping Weng, and-or others to obtain stolen or probably stolen Apple products in Hooksett between May 1 and Aug. 19, according to the indictments.

Trenton McDonald, 28, of Main Street in Farmington, on first-degree assault, robbery, armed career criminal, felon in possession, conspiracy to commit robbery with an actual firearm, and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a gun, shooting a man, and threatening another person with it under the Water Street Bridge in Concord on June 7. McDonald also agreed with Daniel Chambers to enter a tent to rob another person with Chambers knowing he was possessing a gun, the indictment stated. Alexander P. Metallic, 24, of Robin Street in Franklin, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of putting his arm around another man’s throat and choking them on July 5 in Franklin.

Sergio Metes, 49, of North Pembroke Road in Pembroke, on kidnapping, criminal restraint, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping, restraining, and kidnapping a woman on April 29 in Pembroke.

Gino Mitchell, 61, of West Broadway in Derry, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Manchester Street in Concord on May 31 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Colby Mudgett, 23, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on felon in possession of a deadly weapon and delivery of articles to prisoners charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a razorblade-like object inside the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on Feb. 14. Mudgett is a felon due to a theft conviction out of Belknap County Superior Court in November 2021.

Sean J. Parrott, 47, of North Main Street in Concord, on receiving stolen property and three reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a stolen 2014 Chevrolet pickup truck in Boscawen on March 17 at speeds of up to 80 mph, crossing over double yellow lines, and causing other drivers to swerve to avoid a crash.

Parker Workman, 44, of Pembroke Road in Concord, on two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine on March 31 and July 13 in Concord.

Paul A. Yuskaitis, 80, of Sagewood Circle in Hooksett, on four felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing photos and videos between April 1 and May 30 in Hooksett.
