Pembroke Man, With Priors, Arrested On Drug, Receiving Stolen Property Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Nathan Michael Chernis, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2025, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Penacook Street.

Ernest Lee Thompson, born in 1984, of Penacook, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on Oct. 4 on disobeying an officer and resisting arrest or detention charges. Fourteen minutes later, Elizabeth Jean Knight, born in 1992, of Penacook, was arrested on disobeying an officer and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a tail lamp and reflectors violation. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Rumford Street.

Jazelle Isis Breedlove, born in 2005, of Concord, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on Oct. 2 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Shane J. Demers, born in 1990, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on Sept. 23 on felony possession of a controlled drug and four receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 111 Fisherville Road.

Cole W. Hall, born in 1998, of Bennington, Vermont, was arrested at 4:23 a.m. on Sept. 20 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Irving truck stop at 414 S. Main St.

Christopher M. Blodgett, born in 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 10 on criminal threatening and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation at Riverbend at 40 Pleasant St.

Alrashid Y. Koko, born in 2000, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Aug. 29 on a warrant at police headquarters.

James Forrest Pence, born in 1959, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on Aug. 29 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Orthopaedics at 264 Pleasant St.

Kathy Anne Mathis, born in 1954, of Concord, received a summons at 12:27 p.m. on Aug. 29 on an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident or investigation on Fort Eddy Road.

Francis W. Holmes, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on Aug. 29 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 80 Storrs St.

Jonathan H. Engelhardt, born in 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on Aug. 29 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Hall Street.

Nathaniel Joseph Gilleland, born in 1984, of Franklin, received a summons at 2 a.m. on Aug. 29 on two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road. He was also arrested on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St.

Jeremy P. Ducharme, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on Aug. 26 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the former Regal Cinemas location at 282 Loudon Road. He was arrested again at 7 p.m. on Sept. 18 on two drug possession charges.
