Pittsfield Man Accused Of Attempting To Grab Officer’s Gun At Concord Hospital: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — James Bub Bullock, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 12:06 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2025, on a bench warrant. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at the U.S. Post Office at 18 Loudon Road.

Regis Irumva, born in 2003, of Concord, received a summons at 11:53 p.m. on Aug. 19 on a criminal threatening against a person charge. He was cited following an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Alicia L. Bresnahan, born in 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 18 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge, as well as endangering the welfare of a child and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges, as well as an obstruction to driver’s view violation. She was arrested following an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.

Austin C. Shelton, born in 1995, of Concord, was given a summons at 1:03 p.m. on Aug. 17 for camping restricted following an investigation or incident at Terrill Park on Old Turnpike Road. Also cited was James L. Merchant, born in 1985, of Concord.

Emilea Jean Wilson, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Aug. 15 on criminal mischief and breach of bail charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident on Fisherville Road.

Christopher W. Plaisted-Comeau, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 11 a.m. on July 25 on robbery, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and cruelty to animals; negligent charges following an investigation or incident at Advance Auto Parts at 136 Loudon Road. He was also charged with felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus after an incident or investigation on East Sugarball Road. According to court records, the East Sugarball Road incident involved a 1984 Pontiac Fiero on June 22. Plaisted-Comeau, twice before, has been convicted on theft charges, in 2021 in Coos County and 2009 in Plymouth District Court. In the other incident, Plaisted-Comeau was accused of stealing a car from the parking lot of Advanced Auto Parts and dragging another person while partially inside a vehicle, while attempting to flee, according to documents. Plaisted-Comeau was also accused of leaving a dog abandoned in the vehicle on Grant Street.

Tyler Langevin-Darrah, 27, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 7:49 a.m. on July 25 on attempted talking a gun from a law enforcement officer, criminal mischief, breach of bail, resisting arrest or detention, and simple assault charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Jesse Theriault, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on July 25 on a warrant as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug charge following an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Nathaniel Scott Doyle, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on July 25 on stalking and breach of bail charges following an investigation or incident at the Cumbies at 196 N. Main St.

Richard E. Nagle, born in 1987, of Goshen, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on July 24 on a bail jumping on a felony B charge following an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Roger P. Baker, born in 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on July 24 on a breach of bail charge following an investigation or incident at the Shell gas station on Gully Hill at 24 Loudon Road.

Emmily A. Elder, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 9:02 a.m. on July 24 on two endangering the welfare of a child charges following an investigation or incident on Fisherville Road.

Kristen L. Macrae, 34, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. on July 24 on a bench warrant. She was accused of violating probation after pleading guilty to a December 2023 theft charge out of Concord in May and receiving a suspended sentence. She was also accused of subsequent drug possession charges in Manchester in May. Macrae has a status conference booked for Oct. 6.
