Pembroke Teen Indicted On Stolen Firearm, Theft, And Evidence Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Concord teen indicted on rape, computer services charges; felon from ME indicted on handgun possession charge; FL woman faces drug charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.
Travis Allard, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failing to appear in Concord District Court on May 19 after being released on personal recognizance. Myi-Khaill Armstrong, 18, of Glass Street in Pembroke, on receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of removing a pistol from an apartment sometime between Oct. 27 and Nov. 6, 2024. Armstrong retained the stolen gun and concealed it in a backpack on Nov. 15, 2024, in order to impair an investigation, according to the indictments.

David Austin, 29, of South State Street in Concord, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road on May 26 after the NH DMV certified him as a habitual offender.
James R. Baum, 64, of New England Road in Searsmont, Maine, on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge. He was accused of possessing a firearm on May 11 in Pittsfield. Baum is a felon due to a felony theft by deception conviction out of Kane County Circuit Court in Illinois in January 2001, according to the indictment.

Jacey Benjamin, 31, of Borough Road in Pembroke, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 11 in Hooksett.

Jessica Bjorge, 42, of 15th Street E in Bradenton, Florida, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Concord on Oct. 8, 2024.
Bethany Bishop, 39, of South Main Street in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl, possession of LSD, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, in Hooksett on Nov. 25, 2023.
Shawn Brousseau, 51, incarcerated in the New Hampshire Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on a felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon. He was accused of possessing a sharpened plastic object on Oct. 3, 2024, in Concord. Brousseau is a felon due to a theft by unauthorized taking conviction out of Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2024, according to the indictment.
Zaymen Burdette, 19, of Parmenter Road in Concord, on two certain uses of computer services prohibited, three crime while released on bail-felonious sexual assault, and three felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl over 13 but under 16 with an age difference of more than four years between Jan. 15 and March 3 in Concord. Burdette also used Snapchat to entice the girl, according to the indictment. At the time, Burdette was out on bail facing sexual assault, drug distribution, and computer services charges, according to posts on Patch. James Canney, 63, incarcerated in the New Hampshire Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Ford Explorer on Chennell Drive in Concord on Aug. 21, 2024, after the NH DMV certified him as a habitual offender.
