Pot Smell From Concord Man Leads To Stolen Gun: Police
Manchester police said officers arrested David Weekly, of Concord, after he drove at night without headlights.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Concord man was arrested Tuesday in Manchester after police said they found him with a stolen gun and marijuana while he drove around at night without headlights. David Weekly, 22, faces a host of charges. He was held in custody pending an arraignment.
Manchester Police Lt. Brian O’Keefe said an officer saw Weekly driving a Chevrolet Impala around on Pearl Street without headlights and pulled him over.
"Officer (Michael) Roscoe smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana as soon as Weekly rolled down the window," O'Keefe said in a statement. "A back-up officer arrived and noticed a small amount of marijuana on the passenger side floorboard of the vehicle, so Weekly was removed from the car."
