Queen City Woman Placed On Fugitive Status By Corrections After Reported Parole Violation

Manchester police and corrections investigators are searching for Megan Ann Morrison and warn she may have "violent tendencies."

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in finding a burglary suspect who was accused of violating parole after a drug conviction.

Megan Ann Morrison is 29, white, about 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighs around 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Morrison has several tattoos, including a cheetah on her chest, the name “Elias” on her right foot, a princess on her finger, and skulls on her right and left shoulders.

Warrants for her arrest were issued by the Manchester police in connection with a burglary case, as well as by the New Hampshire Adult Parole Board.

“Morrison is on parole for an underlying offense of possession of a controlled drug,” an alert stated. “Morrison absconded from supervision in May 2025, and a parole warrant was issued.”

Her last known address was in Manchester, and she is still believed to be in the Queen City area, according to investigators.

According to a report on Patch, Morrison was the subject of a U.S. Marshals Fugitive of the Week alert in May 2021 due to a bail violation. She was arrested at a Rochester motel a few months later.

A “violent tendencies” warning was also placed on her fugitive status.

According to superior court records, Morrison’s criminal activity dates back at least eight years, after she was arrested on aggravated driving under the influence, revocation, and an open container violation in Rochester in July 2017. She pleaded guilty to the DUI charge a month later and received a 35-day sentence, nine days served credit, with 21 days suspended for three years and a $1,240 fine. Morrison was banned from reinstating her license for two years.

In September 2018, she was arrested in Newington on driving after revocation and four drug possession charges. On a couple of occasions, she failed to appear in court. Morrison was found guilty of violation of probation or parole on the DUI conviction in January 2020 and received a three-day jail sentence. She was also charged with controlled drug: controlled premises where drugs are kept charge in Concord after an incident in October 2019.

Morrison was charged with drug possession again in Kingston after an incident in May 2019.

Morrison pleaded guilty to the Concord charge in November 2020 and received a 12-month sentence, along with a $434 fine, which were suspended for one year.

In February 2021, she pleaded guilty to a fentanyl possession count and received a one-to-three-year sentence and $434 fine, both suspended for three years. She also received a one- to three-year sentence and a $620 fine for the Kingston charges, both of which were suspended for a period of three years.

In Hooksett in September 2022, Morrison was arrested on receiving stolen property, driving after revocation, unauthorized use, acts prohibited, disobeying an officer, and deal-possess prescription drug charges.

Both the Kingston and Newington convictions were amended in April 2023 to reflect 179 days of time served credit. Morrison was also found guilty again in February 2021 of violation of probation or parole in the DUI case and received a suspended sentence.

In June 2023, she pleaded guilty to the felony charge of receiving stolen property and was sentenced to one to up to two years in prison.
