Seabrook Felon Indicted On Rifle, Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Pablo Acebedo Jr., 39, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on possession of a controlled drug-psilocybin, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and six possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing the drug, a Ruger 10-22 rifle, and .avi video files on July 16, 2024, in Seabrook. Acebedo is a felon due to a reckless conduct conviction in March 2007 and-or an unlawful transport of firearms conviction in U.S. District Court.

Brittany E. Aho, 39, of Old Temple Road in Lyndeborough, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. She was accused of having intercourse in the parking lot of the Salem Boy’s and Girl’s Club on May 25 while a child under 16 was present.

Kristofer A. Alexa, 42, of Boulder Drive in Londonderry, on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of acting to defraud Progressive Insurance by making a statement with false information between June 17 and June 22, 2023, in Salem.

Jacob Riley Lozowski Aliberti, 20, of Walker Road in Danville, on two felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. He was accused of driving at high speeds, making unsafe lane changes, and other acts while being pursued by police in Epping on May 30.

Valdemiro T. Arruda, 55, of Baltimore Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of defrauding Progressive Insurance by filing incomplete or misleading information between June 17 and June 22 in Salem.

Donovan Gannon, 20, of Woodbine Drive in Londonderry, on accomplice to reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and accomplice to criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving another person to an address in Derry where the passenger was accused of firing a gun at two people on Dec. 16, 2023. Gannon then drove away, according to the indictment.

Stephen Maurice Gary, 25, of State Street in Hamden, Connecticut, on a felony forgery charge and theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge. He was accused of passing 34 fake $20 bills at Walmart in Newington on June 14, 2024.

Gregory M. Grannan, 65, of Wight Street in Raymond, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 9 in Raymond.

Marie E. Holbrook, 63, of Red Chimney Road in Warner, on possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to sell, possession of meth, possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, in Windham on Dec. 22, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of felony drug possession in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2024.

Jason Holmes, 49, of Whitehall Road in Rochester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking committed while on release charge. He was accused of stealing a cellphone with cards, owned by a woman, while she was on a bus in Portsmouth on Dec. 28, 2024. Twice before, Holmes has been convicted on theft charges and was out on bail from Dover District Court at the time of the incident.
