Teens From Westwood, Massachusetts, And Manchester Arrested On DUI, Possession Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Deborah Rice, born in 1963, of Concord, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2025, on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Boanza Drive.

Richard Daniel Nowakowski, born in 1986, of Antrim, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Sept. 8 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation on Rumford Street.

Anthony Thomas Manning, born in 1988, of Haverhill, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Sept. 7 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Sam’s Club at 304 Sheep Davis Road.

Hope Lanette Thompson-Dawson, born in 2006, of Manchester, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Sept. 6 on driving under the influence, open container alcohol or marijuana, transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor, and manufacture or possess false government ID charges as well as front lights and possession of marijuana-infused product, under 21, violations. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at 39 Fisherville Road.

James Bub Bullock, born 1971, of Concord, was arrested on a criminal trespass charge at 7:52 p.m. on Sept. 5. He was also charged with a bench warrant, felony possession of a controlled drug, and two breach of bail counts. The trespass charge was after an incident or investigation at the TJ Maxx on Loudon Road while the other charges were after an incident or investigation on the Loudon Road Bridge.

Fatmir Gasi, born in 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. on Sept. 4 on three bench warrants after an incident or investigation at 20 Loudon Road.

Deflorio, born in 1992, of Concord, each received a summons for camping restricted at 2:48 a.m. on July 28 after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Gary R. Magoon, born 1980, of Concord, received a summons at 8:30 p.m. on July 27 on a camping restricted violation after an incident or investigation at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.

Rebecca Jane Fraser, born in 1994, of Dracut, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:36 a.m. on July 27 on stalking and breach of bail charges. Charlize Roseberry, born in 2003, of Concord, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. on July 27 on a warrant and bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Basin Street.

Sean Cooney, born in 1988, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on July 26 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges as well as a consumption of liquor on private property violation. He was charged after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

William H. Fredette, born in 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on July 26 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Brian Currier, born in 1962, of Loudon, received a summons at 2:06 p.m. on July 26 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Jean Mateso, born in 1990, of Concord, received a summons at 1:50 p.m. on July 26 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at 165 N. State St.

Dominic Anthony Teal, born in 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 7:20 a.m. on July 26 on two bench warrants and two warrants, as well as a felony possession of a controlled drug charge and a camping restricted violation. Jacob Elias Shamon, born in 2006, of Westwood, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on July 26 on driving under the influence, transport alcohol or marijuana by a minor, and unlawful possession or intoxication charges, as well as a traffic control device violation.
