Woman, With Priors, Arrested On DWI, Resisting, Disorderly, And Mischief Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Destiny Nicole Armentrout, born in 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2025, on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on South Fruit Street.

Maxwell M. Long, born in 2007, of Concord, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on Nov. 11 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Fellows Street.

Marisela Guzman, born in 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on Nov. 6 on driving while intoxicated, criminal trespass, resisting arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, and three criminal mischief charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Abbott Road. At 11:03 p.m., Guzman was charged with breach of bail and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Shawn A. Tuttle, born in 1977, of Concord, was arrested on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street at 12:12 p.m. on Nov. 4.

Jeffrey S. Gardner, born in 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Oct. 30 on disorderly conduct and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

John A. Gordon, born in 1968, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, received a summons at 10:50 a.m. on Oct. 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at the Red Arrow Diner at 112 Loudon Road.

Travis Michael Bennett Lufkin, born in 2001, of Concord, received a summons at 6:29 a.m. on Oct. 23 on driving after revocation or suspension, reckless operation, and disobeying an officer charges, as well as misuse of plates, failure to display plates, and stop signs; yield signs violations after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

Garrett Rogenski, born in 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 4:47 a.m. on Oct. 23 on criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
