Woman From Salem Arrested On Reckless Conduct, Child Endangerment Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Marjorie Ann Blaisdell, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2025, on three warrants. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at the methadone clinic at 100 Hall St.

Noah Kasey Moffitt, born in 2002, of Wevertown, New York, received a summons at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 29 on an operating without a valid license charge after an investigation or incident at NY Smoke & Vape at 132 Loudon Road.

Nshimiyimana Pascal, born in 2005, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:19 p.m. on Nov. 27 on an operating without a valid license charge as well as a yellow-solid line violation after an investigation or incident on Auburn Street.

Robert S. Gelinas, born in 1987, of Epsom, received a summons at 8:10 p.m. on Nov. 25 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on North Emperor Drive.

Vanessa Marie Pelletier-Ashley, born in 1996, of Hopkinton, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on Nov. 16 on a warrant after an investigation or incident on Stacy Drive in Hopkinton.

Gianna Nicole White, born in 2007, of Salem, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Nov. 15 on two felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges as well as reckless operation, disorderly conduct, and two endangering the welfare of children charges and two child restraint required violations. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Gilbert Uwitonze, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 15 on second-degree assault-strangulation and second-degree assault-strangulation charges, both felonies, as well as simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime or injury, and obstruction report of a crime or injury charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Pembroke Road Apartments on Pembroke Road.

Matthew L. Dupere, born in 1979, of Campton, was arrested at 6:36 a.m. on Nov. 14 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Fairfield Inn at 4 Gulf St.

Travis P. Morin, born in 1988, of Northfield, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Nov. 13 on willful concealment and theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Market Basket at 15 Merchants Way.

Bryant T. Clark, born in 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on Nov. 12 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Lowe’s at 90 Fort Eddy Road.

Mark R. Hallee, born in 1982, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on Nov. 9 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Burns Avenue.

Vincent Segura, born in 1987, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:20 a.m. on Nov. 8 on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and criminal mischief charges.
