2 Companies Added To 'First-Class' Office Building In Exeter
Usource, a NextEra Energy company, will fill 3,500 square feet, while VividCloud will occupy 4,100 square feet.

EXETER, NH — Torrington Peoperties has signed long-term leases with two companies — VividCloud and Usource — at 100 Domain Drive in Exeter.
Usource, a NextEra Energy company, will fill 3,500 square feet, while VividCloud will occupy 4,100 square feet. Torrington said it managed the construction of each space to deliver "a first-class office environment."
Torrington also recently completed a renovation of a 2,000-square-foot fitness center and yoga studio at 100 Domain, and additional renovations are underway in the building's common areas.

The common area upgrades will modernize aesthetic finishes and redesign the lobby and café layout with multiple work areas, lounge areas and dining options, acording to Torrington. This will include the addition of a grab-and-go station at Lexie's resraurant.
"These new, long-term leases underscore our commitment to providing innovative workspace solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the business community," Torrington Chief Operating Officer Matt Morgan said.

VividCloud is a Brunswick, Maine-based cloud and Internet of Things (IoT) software engineering company serving the financial, healthcare, industrial, and insurance technology sectors. This is its first and only New Hampshire office.
Usource is relocating from its office in Hampton, New Hampshire. It works with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients to deliver comprehensive energy plans and sustainability strategies. Its parent company, NextEra Energy, manages the Seabrook Station nuclear power plant.
The 100 Domain office building is also home to the North American headquarters of Bauer Hockey; FH Cann & Associates, a financial recovery firm; Digital Prospectors, an IT staffing company; and Garnet Hill, an online purveyor of high-quality garments.
