The mission of Community Home Solutions, Inc is to provide opportunities for people to live in safe, affordable housing and to reduce the risk of homelessness for families who are experiencing financial difficulties. Since opening our doors, we have assisted over 1000 families and individuals in need.
We offer foreclosure prevention counseling services at no charge to the clients as we are funded by grants. We have helped people from communities all over southeastern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes. Our HUD-certified counselors help our clients navigate the complex mortgage delinquency and foreclosure process and present the alternatives to foreclosure. CHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that offers mortgage foreclosure and intervention counseling, loan modification assistance, reverse mortgage counseling, first time homebuyer and financial education.
