• No injuries in garage fire in Gilmanton (laconiadailysun.com) — Gilford firefighters were among several area departments called to help battle a garage fire in Gilmanton during freezing conditions, where thankfully no one was hurt. Crews kept the blaze contained to the garage, though a vehicle was destroyed and the home suffered smoke and water damage. Mutual aid partners were credited with helping manage the challenging weather and location.
