You can enjoy comfortable seating with table side service or sit at the bar where you can enjoy the best Espresso Martini made from scratch with our fresh brewed espresso coffee, a glass of wine or a draft beer like the Maine Lunch. We make fresh pizza dough 3 times a week. Every pizza is hand crafted using our homemade sauces. You can order one of our specialty pizzas or make your own from our list of ingredients - which includes over 44 sauces, cheeses and toppings. No “deli pastrami” here, just real beef with real pastrami spices and flavor. Patti Visconte of The Masiello Group Commercial Associates brokered the sale of 72 New Zealand Road in Seabrook recently, according to a press statement. According to the town of Seabrook, the property consisted of approximately 51,100 finished square feet on 7.15 +/- acres and abutted I-95. The property was in high demand with several offers but sold to 72 New Zealand Road Seabrook LLC out of Danville, which was represented by the NAI Norwood Group. Visconte represented the Seller, Montisanti Real Estate Holdings LLC. The property sold for $2.8 million in cash to the Seller.
