Man Indicted for Stealing $1.5K in Wine from Hampton Liquor Store
The man has two theft convictions and faces multiple charges for a large Hampton theft.

A Boston, Mass., man faces two felony charges for allegedly stealing several bottles of wine from one of the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet stores in Hampton.
Tadd K. Higgins, 40, of 684 E 7th St. in Boston, Mass., was recently indicted in Rockingham Superior Court on two Class B felony counts of theft by authorized taking.
Higgins allegedly committed the crimes on or about May 25, 2012, according to the indictment paperwork. Neither indictment indicates how many bottles were taken, although one of the indictments states the total value of the stolen wine exceeded $1,500.

The other indictment states Higgins has twice been convicted of felony or Class A misdemeanor theft.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt or conviction; rather, it means a grand jury believed there was sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
