Colorado Man Faces Up to 7 Years for Raping Teen in Hampton
The man allegedly had intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.

A Colorado man has been indicted in Rockingham Superior Court for one count of felonious sexual assault after he allegedly had intercourse with a 15-year-old girl in Hampton.
David Cowan, 23, of 2203 Cherry St., Apt. C, in Longmont, Colo., faces up to seven years in state prison if convicted of the Class B felony.
The indictment alleges Cowan knowingly "engaged in sexual penetration" with the minor in Hampton on or about Aug. 23, 2012.
